Voici quelques cl\u00e9s pour apaiser l&rsquo;orage int\u00e9rieur et retrouver une s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 bienvenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-accueillir-et-comprendre-ses-emotions\">1. Accueillir et comprendre ses \u00e9motions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une dispute, une vague d&rsquo;\u00e9motions peut vous submerger : col\u00e8re, tristesse, frustration, culpabilit\u00e9&#8230; Plut\u00f4t que de les refouler, prenez un instant pour les accueillir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nommer ses \u00e9motions<\/strong> : dire \u00e0 voix haute ou \u00e9crire ce que l&rsquo;on ressent permet d&rsquo;en prendre conscience et de mieux les comprendre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accepter sans juger<\/strong> : il est normal d&rsquo;\u00eatre boulevers\u00e9.
