Ces \u00e9motions ne sont ni bonnes ni mauvaises, elles sont des signaux \u00e0 d\u00e9coder. Elle repose sur plusieurs \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Prendre conscience de son \u00e9motion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encourager l\u2019enfant \u00e0 identifier ce qu\u2019il ressent est essentiel.
