Scientifiquement, on parle d\u2019un <strong>ensemble de perceptions, pens\u00e9es et sentiments qu\u2019une personne a \u00e0 propos de son apparence physique<\/strong>. Cette notion inclut non seulement ce que l\u2019on voit, mais aussi <strong>comment ces perceptions influencent notre estime personnelle, nos \u00e9motions et notre comportement<\/strong>. De l\u2019enfance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte : une histoire qui commence t\u00f4t<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019image de soi ne na\u00eet pas soudainement \u00e0 l\u2019adolescence devant une application de retouche photo. Elle prend racine <strong>d\u00e8s l\u2019enfance<\/strong> et \u00e9volue au fil du temps, surtout pendant les p\u00e9riodes de changements physiques et psychologiques comme la pubert\u00e9.
