Is there a charge associated with the duoveo app?

The duoveo app is entirely complimentary and comes with all current features, without the need for any subscriptions.

Is there a yearly associated with the GEMA device?

Make a one-time payment and enjoy lifetime use. There are no monthly or annual charges for GEMA.

Does it count calories burned 24/7 even while asleep?

Yes it does. duoveo Gema runs on a coin cell battery that lasts for up to a year, so you don’t have to worry about constantly charging your fitness tracker. So you can keep it at night, it won’t run out of battery.

Does the device have GPS?

No, the duoveo Gema doesn’t have an integrated GPS. The device is designed to be as easy and non-intrusive as possible. However, since the Gema has its own duoveo app, the GPS data will still be tracked if you decide to.

Is it water Proof?

The device is splash-proof, suitable for most activities, but not for swimming or diving. You can’t neither take a shower or bath with GEMA. It is not designed to be waterproof, and exposure to water could damage the device.

What is the process for cleaning GEMA?

Maintaining GEMA is easy and requires minimal effort. To clean it, just use a soft cotton tissue dampened with alcohol.

Is it straightforward to recycle GEMA?

Duoveo is designed with sustainability in mind, with 99% of its components being easily recyclable through simple disassembly and material separation

What materials are used to make GEMA?

GEMA is constructed using stainless steel, the same premium material found in high-end watches, guaranteeing it does not react with the body. Furthermore, top-notch leather is also utilized in the manufacturing of GEMA

What material is available for the wristband?

For now, all 5 colors of wristbands are made in pure natural leather, and we are very proud of it! It makes it the most elegant tracker on the market.

Are engraving options only for women?

No duoveo’s GEMA can be used by anyone, it can be personalized with different patterns. The leaves are just one example. 

When does GEMA synchronize with my app?

The current setup operates as follows: the device is programmed to synchronize once daily within the time frame you specify, such as from 8AM to 5PM or 8AM to 9AM, etc. In either scenario, as long as your device is in proximity to your phone (even if the duoveo app isn’t active and your phone is in sleep mode), synchronization will take place automatically, and you’ll receive a notification. Keep in mind that the wider your time frame, the more battery consumption you can expect.

What sensor types are in the Gema?

How can I establish the synchronization time frame for my product?

Navigate to the top-right corner of your screen and click on the wheel icon. Select “My Device” and then click on the clock icon next to the name of your device. From there, you’ll be able to adjust the starting and ending time frame.
